What the published rates mean
The hourly rates on this site are the genuine rates for the crew tiers shown, current as at the site's last update. They are hourly rates, not fixed totals: the total for your move depends on its real hours, which is why estimates are given after a conversation about your actual home and access, not by a widget. If a rate ever changes, this site changes with it.
What the tools and figures mean
The Strip Planner and the drive times, dwelling-mix and rainfall figures on this site are general guidance to help you plan, drawn from measured routes and public data. They steer, they do not promise: traffic exists, weather exists, and your street may hold surprises ours could not see. None of it constitutes a quote or a guarantee of hours.
What an enquiry commits you to
Nothing. Sending the form starts a conversation, not a contract. A booking happens only when you and we agree on a date, a crew and the details, and any booking terms are confirmed with you directly at that point.
Images
Some images on this site are illustrative, stock or generated, showing the kind of work and places described rather than a specific past job. We do not present illustrative images as evidence of particular completed moves.
Liability for this website
We keep the site's information honest and current to the best of our ability, and we correct errors when found. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general guidance on this site; for anything that matters to your move, the callback conversation is the authoritative source. Nothing here excludes rights you hold under Australian Consumer Law.
