Privacy, in plain words

This page describes what happens to the details you type into this site. It is short because what we do with them is simple.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect what the form asks for: your name, the phone number you want called back, an email address if you give one, and whatever you tell us about the move, including the suburbs at each end and your preferred timing. If you arrived via our Strip Planner, the summary it drafted rides along in the message field where you can see and edit it before sending. The site itself sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics scripts; our page-view counting happens server-side and stores country, not your IP address, against the count.

Why we collect it

For exactly one purpose: responding to your enquiry and, if you book, running your move. We do not build marketing lists from enquiries and we do not send newsletters you did not ask for.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is stored securely and handled by the people who arrange and perform moves. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request; that is what an enquiry is for. We do not sell your details, and nobody outside that purpose gets them.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while they are useful for arranging or following up your move and for reasonable business record-keeping after that. If you would like your enquiry details removed, ask through the enquiry form and it will be actioned.

Asking about your data

Use the enquiry form and say it is a privacy question. A real person reads every submission, and privacy questions get answered the same way move questions do: plainly.
