What an apartment move includes

- Lift protection and lobby protection set up before the first box moves, so your building manager stays a friend.
- Wrapping and padding for everything that rides the truck, and straps on everything that could shift.

The tower process, in order
- Book the lift, twice. Once at the building you are leaving and once where you are landing. Most Wollongong buildings want notice and a window; we tell you exactly what to ask your building manager for.
- Solve the parking before move day. CBD loading zones are short and shared. We plan where the truck sits and for how long, so the clock runs on moving, not circling.
- Protect the common areas. Padded blankets on lift walls, floor runners in the lobby. Bond cleans are cheaper when nothing needs patching.
- Load in room order. Last in, first out at the other end, so beds go up before the kettle is even looking for a power point.

The rate
Apartment and unit moves run at $250 per hour for 2 movers and 1 truck. If your place is a big two-bedder with a garage cage and you would rather it went faster, the 3-mover crew at $350 per hour usually finishes enough sooner that the totals land close. We will tell you straight which way the maths points for your place.
Questions apartment movers actually ask
Do you handle the lift booking?
The booking itself has to come from a resident or the agent, but we tell you exactly what to request and we fit the crew to the window you are given.
My building has no loading dock. Problem?
Common in the older blocks. We use the nearest loading zone or plan a timed kerbside stand, and we bring trolley runs down to a rhythm so the truck is never sitting idle.
Can you move just a few big pieces?
Yes. Small hourly jobs are still hourly jobs, and two movers for a single heavy hour is a perfectly good booking.
